My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was convenient, with easy access to the surrounding area and family-friendly amenities, but the rooms were noisy and lacked basic essentials for a comfortable stay.

The first room I was assigned had an extremely loud humming noise coming from the air conditioner, disrupting my sleep all night long like those clogging commercials on TV. Additionally, there were no washcloths or enough toilet paper for all of us, a family of 10 staying together.
